Nazdar PRINTGUARD Aerosol 400ml

UV and water resistant lacquer for prints made with water soluble inkjet inks. 

It is a protective coating that increases resistance to fading, reduces the possibility of damage to the print and provides a water-resistant coat. Without a coating, the ink receiving coating on the paper will absorb airborne humidity which can lead to discoloration and failure of the printed ink film.  

Does not affect the appearance of the image, i.e. matt prints stay matt, etc. Dries to a matte finish.

400ml aerosol. This will provide 2-3 protective matt finish coats on up to sixteen A4 prints. 

Not suitable for gloss and semi-gloss media. 

Instructions:
- Shake well before use. Use at normal room temperatures.
- Lightly spray from a distance of 250 – 300mm onto the horizontal flat print.
- Allow to dry for 3-4 minutes. Rotate print ¼ turn and repeat spray. For best results 2-3 coats may be required. Rough textured surfaces may require more coats.
- To prevent nozzle blocking, turn can upside down and press the nozzle for 2-3 seconds.

Warning:
Printguard is extremely flammable until dry. Read instructions carefully before use. It is intended for industrial use only. Work in a well ventilated area.
